Humberto García-Sjögrim

Humberto thrives in the face of change and challenges. From his transcultural upbringing, attending 11 schools in 4 countries, Humberto learned the power of connecting with people and adapting to change. Those superpowers have continued to serve him in business and in life. Whether communicating to Wall Street in challenging times, inspiring an underperforming sales team of 450 to lead the country, or forging a coalition of neighbors to keep Atlanta together…, he embraces the challenge of driving alignment within teams and across organizations to impact a common goal.

The Coca-Cola Company: At The Coca-Cola Company, Humberto worked across multiple functions and business units, often serving as an internal consultant on key projects. As a generalist, he regularly brought new perspectives to the table, complementing a team’s expertise. For example, Humberto brought marketing and communications insights to the investor relations team, forged alignment across stakeholders for the design and development of the World of Coca-Cola, and brought energy and new ideas to Live Positively, the company’s first global sustainability campaign.  

Neighbors for a United Atlanta: When a well-organized and well-funded group of our neighbors started to lobby to breakaway from Atlanta and create Buckhead City, we established an effective and impactful grassroots campaign that, along with partners in the business and civic community, helped to defeat the effort. 

Familia Vineyards: We are working with Familia vineyards to expand into adjacent product categories. It’s an exciting and delicious gig… 

Big Green Egg: We are working with Big Green Egg to chart the path forward for the next 50 years as they pivot to be a purpose-driven company. 

American Bar Association: We are helping to mobilize lawyers across Georgia to safeguard the integrity of elections. This nonpartisan initiative positions lawyers as first responders in the face of unprecedented challenges to our election processes.
